| Office call with examination | $38.00 | Includes examination of temperature, heart, lungs, ears, eyes, nose, throat, and abdomen. DOES NOT INCLUDE ear cytologies, specialized eye exams, rectal exams, heart work-ups, ECGs, etc. |
| Re-check examination | $27.00 | To evaluate the same problem as a previous examination within one month. |

If it is desirable or required in your circumstances, we recommend a dental specialist. |
